AIM-listed lithium developer that began production at Mali's Bougouni project in February 2025 and officially opened its Stage 1 operation in November 2025. The Malian government holds a direct stake in the project company alongside Kodal.

Kodal's Bougouni lithium project in southern Mali is operated through Kodal Mining UK, in which Kodal holds 49% and the Government of Mali holds 35%; by late 2025 it had produced more than 45,000t of spodumene concentrate.
