Fortuna Mining

Canadian precious-metals miner, formerly Fortuna Silver Mines, that entered West Africa through the acquisition of Roxgold in 2021. It is listed in Toronto and New York.

Fortuna operates the Séguéla gold mine in Côte d'Ivoire and is exploring in Senegal, having divested its Yaramoko mine in Burkina Faso and its San Jose mine in Mexico in 2025 to focus on lower-risk assets in the Americas and West Africa.
